When prompts feel repetitive
Change styles before adding more words. A style change usually creates bigger variation than extra adjectives.
Improving realism vs illustration
Pick a style known for structure and lighting first, then refine mood. If you want illustration,
choose a clearly illustrative style and keep the subject simple.
Controlled experimentation
Generate once → test Main Prompt and all three variants → only regenerate after you see what changed.
What to avoid
- Overloading the subject line with too many ideas at once.
- Mixing conflicting moods (cozy + terrifying + bright midday storm).
- Changing multiple controls at the same time — change one thing, then compare results.
A simple upgrade path
- Start: Subject + Style only.
- Next: add one mood toggle (Whimsical or Dramatic).
- Next: add Sharper Detail if needed.
- Finally: add one extra constraint (lighting or background or camera/angle).
